Are your products legit?
Yes! Since we're a licensed business in Virginia, we source our products from two official Pokémon Distributors! For our Japanese products, we import them directly from Japan through our trusted suppliers!
Will you rip my order live?
Only if you request it! All of our orders will ship sealed and securely unless requested to be opened during our Livestream.
Will my order ship safe?
Yes! We pride ourselves in our packaging and only use quality shipping supplies. We will not throw your Elite Trainer Box into a big box and let it fly around. If you're ordering for a sealed collection, please let us know and we will attempt to accommodate with a clean product and extra padding, but cannot guarantee.
Any discounts?
We offer a small bulk discount for any and all loose packs! Feel free to mix and match! Any additional discounts would be sent through our email list, our Discord, or redeemed through our Rewards Program!
